4.18 Concrete/Stone Placement Log

POLICY: Concrete/Stone Placement Log

PURPOSE: To record locations and quantities of concrete and stone placements.

RESPONSIBILITY: The Superintendent

PROCEDURE:

1. A Concrete/Stone Placement Log will be kept listing all concrete and stone placed.
2. The log will be entered into Procore under the Daily Log tab.
3. The log will be maintained at all times and available for management’s review.
   

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• DATE: The date the material (concrete or stone) is placed.

• LOCATION: The specific location of the placement (using column lines when possible).

CONCRETE:

• PSI SPECIFIED: The strength required by the contract documents, i.e. 3000 psi, 4000 psi, etc.

• C.Y. EST: The amount of concrete estimated to complete the placement.

• C.Y. PLACED: The actual amount of concrete placed.

• ACCUMULATE TOTAL ESTIMATED (BY TYPE): The total amount of concrete estimated to date within that particular strength group.

• ACCUMULATE TOTAL PLACED (BY TYPE): The total amount of concrete placed to date within that particular type group.

STONE:

• TYPE: 57 stone, 67 stone, etc.

• TONS EST: The amount of stone estimated to complete the placement.

• TONS PLACED: The actual amount of stone placed.

• ACCUM. TOTAL EST. (BY TYPE): The total tonnage estimated to date within that particular type group.

• ACCUM. TOTAL PLACED (BY TYPE): The total amount of stone placed to date within that particular type group.
