POLICY: Weekly Jobsite Submittal Checklist
PURPOSE: To ensure the complete submittal of required information to the corporate office.
PROCEDURE: Each Friday the Jobsite Submittal Checklist form (O.F.M.-230) will accompany the projects mail to the corporate office. All items specifically noted on the checklist are required to be forwarded to the corporate office weekly and should be noted as such on the form. A copy of the form should be kept with the jobsite files to help eliminate confusion as to what has or has not been forwarded.
