POLICY: Project Assignments

PURPOSE: To assign specific individual responsibilities and confirm the chain of command for each individual phase of the project.

RESPONSIBILITY: Project Superintendent/Project Manager

PROCEDURE:

1. After the project start-up, an individual project assignment narrative and action list will be produced outlining specific responsibilities for each team member.

2. Team members to be included in the narrative and action list will include the Project Manager, Superintendent, Field Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer and Foreman or any of the Carter & Carter Construction employees responsible for management, supervision or administrative work.

3. The narrative and action list are to be updated as the project progresses and submitted bi-weekly to all team members, the Senior Project Manager and the Director of Field Operations.
