1. An adequate supply of fresh drinking water is to be readily available at every jobsite.
  2. Where portable water containers are used, they must be kept clean, tightly closed, never dipped into for ice or water, and never used as a cold storage for other items such as lunches, soda, etc.
  3. Each portable drinking water area shall be supplied with single use disposable cups, a clean container to hold cups, and a cup disposal container.
