POLICY: Operation/Maintenance Documentation
PURPOSE: To provide the Owner with all the information needed to properly operate and maintain the new facilities.
RESPONSIBILITY: Project Manager
PROCEDURE:
1. In accordance with the specifications, provide all operational maintenance and close out information required.
2. A copy of all of this information is also to be filed in the Close Out File (O.C.O.-20).
3. This documentation is to be assembled and turned over to the Owner prior to their taking occupancy of the building.
