POLICY: Owner/Architect/Contractor Meeting (Monthly)
PURPOSE: Monthly meetings held by the Project Manager to review Project Status with the Owner and Architect.
RESPONSIBILITY: Project Manager
PROCEDURE:
1. The Project manager shall schedule a meeting monthly with the Owner and the Architect. The Project Manager is to publish a schedule of these meetings and distribute the schedule and an agenda prior to initial pay request via PROCORE.
2. This meeting will be used to review project status and resolve any unresolved issues that may have arisen the prior month.
3. The pay request will be submitted and reviewed at the meeting.
4. The following items should be reviewed and updated at the Owner/Architect/Contractor meeting:
A. Project Status: Brief over view of what has been completed and where the job is on the schedule. B. Issue/Review Pay Request. C. Review Job Progress Items Log: List of items requiring resolution in order for the job to progress. The list will depict the issue, who is to take action, what actions have happened, and what actions are going to take place until resolution has been reached.
