POLICY: Weekly Project Status Meetings

PURPOSE: The Project Manager and Vice President of Multi-Family Operations will meet each Monday to review current project progress. The project manager will bring to each meeting an up to date buyout log and and up to date cost report. PROCORE must be up to date for this meeting, with current photos, schedule as well as RFI and Change Order Logs



1. The weekly job status meetings will be scheduled and identified on the corporate calendar.

2. The Vice President of Multi-Family Operations, Project Manager will be in attendance.

3. The Project Manager and/or Vice President of Multi-Family is required to have the following materials and/or information prepared for this meeting:

  • Job Start-Up Checklist
  • Buyout Schedule
  • PROCORE updted

4. The status of client relations will be reviewed.

Note: Attached is a copy of the weekly Job Progress Meeting Agenda that will be followed.
